1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the full balance due prior to the trip date as specified in your booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the trip start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within less than 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Liability
Egypt Family Trips acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger.
